About

Welcome! I'm Lily (Lillian is fine, too). I'm a writer, artist, running coach, fundraiser, editor, and an experienced operations generalist.I'd love to work with you in any or all of these capacities.I've done research, interviews, ghostwriting, content creation, fundraising, speechwriting, and scriptwriting for democratic causes and candidates. I've worked in Revenue Management and Reservations for large Manhattan hotels. My degree in Liberal Studies covered wide-ranging ground, from screenwriting to urban studies to tap dance, but ultimately focused on race and ethnicity studies, and personal narrative. I'm passionate about reproductive justice, racial justice, issues of community, and the question of what we owe to each other. I bring curiosity, warmth, energy, and solid experience to all the work I do.I am outgoing and bubbly, which can belie my anxious nature. I want to live in such way that I, as James Baldwin writes, "earn one's death by confronting with passion the conundrum of life."
